Before delving into the exciting world of Channel Manager Integration, it’s crucial to ensure that your Search and Stay account is fully optimised and ready for seamless integration.
The property owner holds the responsibility of uploading their property on Search and Stay, ensuring that all essential details, high-quality photos, and accurate pricing are provided.
The first step will be done by the owner. For that, the owner will need to:
Open a Search and Stay Account with the following requirements:
● Full Name
● Company Name (or property name)
● Full Street Address
● Phone Number
● Website (use Searchandstay.com if you do not have a direct booking site)
● Currency
● Banking Details
● Choose a cancellation policy under Global Property Settings
● Set up seasonal date if you have more than 1 property
Once the account is set up, the owner must publish the properties with this specifics:
Search and Stay Property Preparation
● Short Term Rental Registration Number (if applicable)
● Photo’s quality minimum 1280 x 1280
● Restrict your calendar on Search and Stay to 12 months
● Ensure your seasonal pricing is loaded for at least 18 months
● Create blocked dates for any bookings on your sales channels - these will
need to be kept updated during the onboarding process
● Download your Search and Stay ical and add to the sales channels
● You will also need to download your channel icals to Search and Stay
